As some of you may know, i have been working on my first project to showcase my 3d animation system written with code for agk.

The gameplay in this video is live streaming from my pvr off the ouya system itself.

I still have plenty of code glitches to work out but the game is almost ready for an official demo on ouya. I still have lots to do but here is a sneak video so far.

feedback welcome as i want to make this much better then my last 2 hockey games.

Just a random idea, it could be cool if you used some banners from the community ad network:

Every time the game is launched you could have it grab a couple of random banner images from the network.

it now flips through agk ads and also flips with "made with agk"

great idea and it was easy to put in.

Awesome, I think it adds a really nice touch to the game.

4 player is now fully coded.... got a few more things to do and the alpha should be available early next week on ouya!

Im very excited to show off agk's ability to do animated 3d with code. Its very smooth! and OMG! 4 player is allot of fun on the ouya... been playin it with my bro's.

I'll try to get the hardness level coded in for this release as well so people will have a good ai challange as well.

Being Released with this alpha:
-exhibition game
-4 player
-dive shot blocking
-crosschecking/falling down/life
-slap shot
-quick shot / pass
-community ad network integration
-Team Picker / Color Selector

future updates that i would like to do:
-fighting
-penalties
-penalty shot
-golie human operated mode
-tournament
-multiplayer over LAN

I'll try not to jump to far ahead with what i want to do, however; this should give you some insites to what i would like to do with the game over time.

This looks very good, really cool that you've implemented your animation code into the game, it looks really good.

Unfortunately I don't have an Ouya (nor a TV) so won't be able to play. Any chance of a PC version?

Thanks. It was fun putting the animation code together and finaly seeing what it can do. Agk is a realy good with 3d it just takes a bit of code work to set it up. I plan on doing more games with this same code since its very versitile.

A pc version... I could but do you have a compatible 360gamepad? It would be easier as I would not need to channge anything.

Yes, I do have a 360 gamepad for my PC and yes I know the hassle of coding gamepads for PC.

There is something magical about getting an animated model working in AppGameKit and then implementing it into a game.

I find the current 3D commands in AGk to be better than the DBPro equivalents, such as the rotation commands (the syntax is also a lot better). I'm also finding it easier to get to grips with shaders but I think that might have something to do with getting in early on when a lot of others were just starting out as well.
