I have finally decided to start using DBPro rather than the original DB and the first thing I did was a simple program to display a sphere and cause the camera to fall toward it but nothing I do appears to work at all, the compiled program simply brings up a black screen with nothing on it, I have tried everything I can but my program will not work at all, yet every single tutorial program will work.
Please would someone help me!

Post some code maybe?
Very hard to say what is wrong otherwise; it may probably be that you're not calling sync (otherwise the default backdrop colour is dark blue) or that your sphere is taking up the entirety of the screen and is completely black.
