Is it possible yet to broadcast an AGKV2 Game to an IOS device such as my IPAD? I noticed the AppGameKit PLayer.app in the Players folder of the new version.

Unable to find any new downloads on the AppStore for the new IOS Player to broadcast.

You need to build your own version of the player for your ios device.

Do you mean Jail Break my Ipad then install the AppGameKit PLayer App?

No, you should be able to make a player with any existing certificate you have and install it. This should include any development certificates. I've never tried, but it should be fine. I always just set up the project in xcode and launch it to my phone from there because I'm going to have to set up the xcode project eventually. But plugging the device in and running an AppGameKit xcode project without the bytecode should do the trick.

If you don't have a developer license with Apple ($100/yr) there isn't any easy way to get the AppGameKit Player currently. Paul used to include an unsigned version which worked on jailbroken devices but Apple shunned that as well so TGC stopped doing it. I haven't tried building the AppGameKit Player in Xcode and won't be able to until the end of next week--I had problems when attempting it on Alpha 3 but I understand this has been resolved in the latest release.

Do you not have the development certificate if you've not paid the license? I paid right away so can't remember.
If you have the development certificate you can install to your device.

Yes I have the developer certificate.

So if one person creates the AppGameKit Player App then publishes to AppStore it will be available to everyone? Why hasn't TGC done this yet?

The AppGameKit Player cannot be published to Apple store as they reject it (claiming that it can be used to execute other code or some other violation).

The AppGameKit Player that gets published for broadcasting isn't the same as the one for final builds. The broadcast version is a "viewing app" in order to get around the restrictions put on TGC by Apple. The code is executed on the PC and the iOS device views the output. The viewer is also able to feed back screen touches etc to the PC.
