For the gun, you could export the model and name it HUD.x (DirectX). Put it in your \gamecore\guns\YOURWEAPONNAME and copy one of the gunspec.txt from another weapon. Then edit it to fit your animations, sound and ironsight.

For the texture you mean the sign or the texture of the wall itself?

I love to make games

It's a bit of a more involved process to get a weapon into FPSC. I would start with looking into the weapons files and get a better understanding of how all the pieces work. Make sure you understand all the nuances of the control file that actually makes the weapon do what it does. The main thing is learning what all the .fpe or .fpi lines mean. That will be the basis of getting your FPSC project looking unique.

Model pack 66-99 high quality items...cheap!!
