Just a little friendly advice, because I spent about 5 hours today going over code trying to figure out why the pick screen coordinates were wrong.

I've stumbled across this problem myself.Pulling my hairs for hours, rem in rem out different parts of code...nothing helped.Then i figured it out when finaly started to mess arround with initialization part!Extremely big camera ranges mess with pick object.

The easy solution is to set the range to some lower value just before pick object command and set it back to desired value after that.Try it, it worked for me.

If recall correctly, that so long as you setup the camera range correctly with respectable max & min limits, then the range & pick coordinates will work together without complication. The problem only occurs if, for example, you set the range to a large value, such as minimum 0 and a maximum to 1,000,000. There is a point of failure, where eventually the problem occurs. Note that this isn't really an issue, as it's easy enough to work with now that you've identified this.
