I did a reinstall updated to 7.7, Now it is telling me, I am running compatibility mode. But when I go into properties "right click" and look it is not enabled.

yes and I had it running before, Soon as I reinstalled Is when I got the error. UAC is off even running as admin does nothing. The old editor runs fine no advertisement screen I run the new one I get the error and advertisement.
