This was an interesting video I stumbled accross which illustrates the benefits of establishing a runtime debugging environment. It features Notch the creator of you know what.

Interesting video. It shows the kind of workflow that would probably separate me from good developers. I'm so inefficient with my coding (although I'm working to change that), but I really don't like that kind of workflow with multiple displays and realtime debugging.
