YES!!
tested and works with the latest agk2 (at the moment its 20.0.15b)

Modified the theme and the color scheme

You can download it http://www.mediafire.com/download/el2fruke6jn8qqa/AGK_Style.zip

To install it just unzip it into your AGK2 directory
then launch AGK2 and select the menu
View -> change color scheme
and click on "AGK dark"
and your done

I hope you enjoy

How do you get the colors of the IDE to change, not only the coding area? I am on OSX.

i don't know , if its using the same IDE unziping the 2 files in the sub directories as they are in the zip should work, OSX probably didn't unzip the files correctly, open the zip and copy the files manually across

the bit that changes it on windows is
edit geany.gtkrc last line edited to one of the following

include "../share/themes/ClearlooksDark/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"

include "../share/themes/Nodoka-Midnight/gtk-2.0/gtkrc" #My Choice

those files referenced are in the AppGameKit distro (on windows anyway)

I´m also on mac. The zip file gives me a Tier1 folder. Should this be placed inside the agk2.app package?

I never want what I know.

On OSX you do a right click on the AGK2 app and choose Show package contents.

The AGK.conf file you place in the following folder:

Contents/Resources/share/geany/colorshemes

Next you edit this file to choose a theme:

Contents/Resources/etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc

No luck I´m afraid.

The gtkrc file now looks like this:

Look at the included screenshot. There is also a "Agk.conf (null)" option in the color scheme list now.

I never want what I know.

@Timshark

To get the dark IDE theme, I edited the
include "../../share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
line to
include "../../share/themes/ClearlooksDark/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"

@ Unlikely

Great. Thanks, that worked. Has to be an easier way to share and use color themes in the future.

Edit: And Thanks for sharing Blue Steel AU - a relief to my eyes

I never want what I know.

Agreed, would be nice if it was included in the IDE interface.

what a pity the directory structure is different in windows and mac.

If the Developers of AppGameKit would like to include my stylings as an option I give them my full permission (not claiming the already included gtk files all i did with those is select them)just the AppGameKit Dark color scheme is mine
