What is the limit on memory with levels (if any) and how is it figured?

The reason I am asking is because I think I recall reading somewhere that there was a 5 level limit or something like that.

FPSC claims 50 levels, but that's not attainable
I've seen most games with a build around 8-12 levels
do just fine (fingers crossed..lol)

My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..

The "five level limit" was addressed a while ago. Some of us had noticed back in v1.16 you could not build past 5 levels and we had to "split" our devs, but it was addressed in v1.17.

There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.

Ah so the 5 level limit has been removed then
Thank you for your responses. Thing was I did not want to get halfway through and end up having to cut things short due to a limitation in the software.
