Left this on the back burner for quite a while. Not that there seems like there's a lot of action on this board these days but whoever still checks it might remember me posting this high poly model I might late last year:

After finishing the previous piece I worked on I decided to go back to this and finally finish it up; making a low poly for it, baking it and texturing it.

I'm on the very last step of that process right now, here's the current progress with the low poly. (Poly count landed at around 20k quads for the entire thing, which seems reasonable for a current gen thing)

As always, click the pictures for the full res.

Looks awesome.
I'd love to see before & after wireframe shots, especially after.

What program(s) do you model in?

Especially after? Not sure I'm catching what you mean here, the shots I posted above are of the finalized low poly, with normal maps and albedo maps and all that jazz applied. I'll get some wire shots up in a bit. Thanks!

Oh whoops sorry, forgot to answer the software question. The things I used for this was Maya for the high and low poly, a combination of maya and xnormal for bakes and photoshop and quixel suite for the texturing.

What's the poly count on the low model?
