Newcomers DBPro Corner / Has anyone had trouble activating software: TGC Bumper Winter Sale???

Hello all, I need help with activating my products from the TGC Bumper Winter Sale. The only product that I was able to activate was Dark BASIC Professional Online. Whenever I tried to activate a plugin (ie Dark Physics, Dark Lights, Dark AI), I enter the information as requested and still get a product unknown message. I have contacted Support with no success. I have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling the software, the only key that is ever accepted is for DBPro Online. I am getting frustrated with TGC for making this process difficult and not being available to help when things don't work as they should. It's been over a week and I can't activate the software, and there's a lot to activate. Why sell products that refuse to be activated? Why doesn't TGC have a phone number so I can resolve this sitiuation in a reasonable amount of time? Can someone help so I can actually start using the software?
