I was been serious regarding hiring someone from this forum on DARK AI and DARK PHYSICS or DARK DYNAMIX with money, but i have a question mark on my head, like no one responds here even for money?!.

To begin with it isn't directly clear what you are asking for.
Do you want someone to remake DarkAI / Physics / Dynamix for you? Or to modify them? Or implement something using these libraries?

DarkPhysics / DarkDynamix are basically PhysX wrapper libraries, so you might want to look into that if you're interested.

OK... is there any reason you do not want to use DarkAI itself then?
I haven't used it in a while, but basically you partition your world into a 2D graph and use the A* algorithm for pathfinding, detecting whether an NPC "sees" something is a question of whether it falls within an arc in front of the NPC*s "head", possibly you'll want to account for the target object (such as the player) being occluded by other objects, and so on.

People come here touting money all the time, expecting it to make a difference, but consider the fact that it's just talk - nobody is guaranteed that you'd pay them, you could easily just not respond to emails and that persons valuable time would be for nothing.

So, don't expect a flimsy promise of payment to make any difference here and don't expect special treatment from moderators because you've offered money... this forum does not work like that.

Moreover, your looking for someone to be paid to work with DarkAI and DarkPhysics and make them work for your project... you might as well ask for a tall stack of soup sandwiches. As Batvink says, you need to do this yourself, nobody will be able to adapt your project for DarkAI and DarkPhysics, because that's the way it would be - these plugins just won't bend to your will, you'll have to bend to theirs!

It is better to not seek to employ someone for something like that online; it is cheaper and safer to do it yourself as Van B states, but here is my argument:

Unless you have a buddy you can work with locally as a close knit team, you are your best employee. Trust me, from experience; never hire a programmer to do something that you can do yourself, especially something is vivid and personal as a game (which I assume you are here to build). Dark AI complete with instructions is a walk in the park, once you know what you want it to do. But to have to spend your time explaining what you want to a programmer takes up so much of your time and their time, let alone to spend the time doing the work; which may end up being the opposite of what you asked for. By the time you waited for theseforum replies, you could have implemented it already, which is in line with my point about pointless recruitment.
