Hi

Am I correct in saying that if I create a plain and texture it. The texture will for example have a bright circle with a black background, Then use the comnand set object transparency on it, will the black background be invisible so only the bright circle will be seen.

Yes, but image must be .bmp for good results and black must be rgb 0,0,0
Set object transpasrency has flags from 0 to 6 - try them all

Otherwise you can import the image in pixelformer , create an image with Alpha and export as .png image
