AppGameKit Classic Chat / Tilesheet with no sub-image text file

I have a tilesheet that does not have a sub-image text file. Is there an easy way to load this? The image supposedly has 64x64 images but the larger image is 196x196. I can't figure what the extra 4 bytes are horizontally and vertically if it is a 3x3 tile file. Any suggestions on how to determine this and load it correctly?

u can create a textfile with agk or manual.
its just name,x,y,width,height
coords u can get also within a paint app.
