With the new 3D command-set now being worked on (hopefully!), I thought I'd preempt the release and start working on a 3D game.

It's not going to be an FPS (I find them boring sometimes), but I've started using FPSC with FPSC2AGK as a means of generating level data and am REALLY pleased with the results so far!

It takes a little while to figure out all the undocumented stuff to get it working, but now I can quickly create levels in FPSC and use those in AGK2. NICE!

Do you have Game Guru?

I bought that on release at the reduced price just for this very thing and was wondering if the FPSC2AGK worked with that?

With the results you have achieved, are the frame rates good and smooth on mobile and tablets?

The Amiga and Amos were great!

I haven't tried it with Game Guru. I'll give it a try, but I doubt it will work.

The only testing I have done so far is with a very simple level (a big sci-fi corridor 'tunnel') and with frame rate locked to 30 fps which was rock solid using a virtual joystick for control on my old Samsung Galaxy S2. - Perfectly smooth and ideal for my next game I'm still fleshing out some ideas, but essentially it is going to be a 'fly through the tunnel without crashing into stuff' type of game.

I'll try to get a demo put together over the weekend and post an APK for you to test on your device for performance. I'm really encouraged with the very small amount of testing I have done so far.
