Is the .OGG format working?; I have no problem with the .MP3 format but the .OGG format is not playing.

.OGG is not standard on all platforms.

The basics seem to be:
- use Audacity (I do, it's great) for all your music file type needs.
- MP2 will work on Windows XP and above, without any additional codecs, and doesn't have any license issues (I've not tried it myself but someone had success with it).
