AppGameKit Classic Chat / AGK2 Player - update available?

I'm using AppGameKit version 2.0.13. I'm testing on an Amazon Kindle with AGK2 Player installed.

When I try to broadcast an app from Windows, the Player gives the error: "Cannot load bytecode file because it was compiled with a newer compiler, you will need to update your AppGameKit player app". Amazon doesn't show any updates available for the Player.

Is there a new version of AppGameKit player coming to the Amazon store?

You can always install it manually. The player ships with AGK2
