Wow, you nailed it with the M4 Pulse rifle
Sounds perfect ( i just love that sound) I tried to make
one while doing that script, but never could get it right.
And the doors, also perfect sounding.
My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
Lots and lots of random features...

Here is part one of ANP! Like I said before this is a very large pack, but I wanted to get it all out before feb. Most of the models were made by me and textures were by CP. However, I have been updating some of the textures, like the new facehugger. Also want to thank ncmako for the great scripts to the facehugger. Thanks!!
One of the biggest contributions was from EAI for the m4a1 pulse rifle. This was bought and paid for by CP.

The maps are test maps for me to test each new piece in fpsc. They are incomplete! I will update these with each new part that I have completed. So deck A map will eventually be the full deck a of the Nostromo.

Very important!!
you must have bond1's containment room to use the segements. As I have just used the meshes for this project.

This pack has:
46 entities
7 weapons
4 maps
14 scripts
6 segments
1 sky
1 video

Download:

Enjoy!

Sorry didn't get back sooner, busy with work and all.
This is just awesome work. What a great scifi pack. Love the "motion detector" hud, gives it that true
"alien" experience! Test maps are great. Had one problem with a test map (missing media - segments\\Firma\Rooms\proto_11.fps)
That's was the only one.
Your "test game" ran good also ( steady 40-50fps), shows what can/could be done with this.
Great work Starmind
Thank you, best

Ah, yes. I can see that as a problem. I updated the map so shouldn't have anything missing this time.

starmind 001 Thank you for the test map update. Works great!
Nice skybox, love it. Is the "mist" part of it also?

Also, putting your entities to good use in some new projects. Have to tell you they are very
high quality and look excellent. Can see you put a lot of work into these.
Thank you again.

hello

This is really neat, if you don't mind me asking what will be in the next pack, are you planing on androids and flame throwers and smart guns and stuff with weyland logos? And are you planing on predator aliens too. You know like AVP or just alien isolation and aliens? Just wondering how big a project you got going on that way i can keep checking out your videos to see how it going. It will be interesting to see what your final product will have in it.

Small promo of LV-426 surface. When the surface is done, you will be able to walk from Hadley's Hope to the alien ship.

These look cool. Where can I get them? I'm not really making a scifi game right now, but I am looking for horror things, and that alien facehugger would be perfect. Just one question, will it work on FPSC x10?

Thank You! Awesome segment for the landscape. Looks terrific when
you setup everything, add a little fog and your "Rovers" look great
in this terrain
best

Note: had one little problem (for anyone else) the LV-426 segment
was outside of the ANP segment folder. Just place it inside the
ANP folder and all works fine

@ Mr Love
Open the entities ( facehugger) property settings, then for "speed" bump it a little higher.
Like about 125 or so, and test. A speed of 150 makes it "very" fast!

Yes, but the animation speed must sync the move-speed...

Mr Love
If it does look off, what one can do is increase the entities animation speed with
the command "setanimatespeed=x" in the entities .fpi file.
Such as ":state=0:setanimatespeed=125" so it moves 25% faster than normal.
Another thing one can do is open it in something like Fragmotion and set
the animation "fps" speed a little faster and then export again.

Hi guys, sorry for the not getting more for this pack. Been a long hard summer for work. As things start to normalize I will start back to adding more to the pack as there is alot more to this pack than I have released. Look for more updates to come!

For those of you that have noticed or haven't, my website is down. That is because I am updating it with new features, such as pack previews and individual items. I wanted to be able to see the pack before download, but the website didn't allow the upgrade I was looking for. Mainly because the site was a free site and lack of, well, what I want to see.

Please be patient, I will have the new site up and going soon.

Thanks!
