What's the best way to test your app on Android if you haven't got a stable wi-fi network? Should I export to APK and copy it over to the device, or is there a way to plug-in for testing (like Eclipse)?

I'm hoping the wifi situation is only temporary, but for the last week or so, my Sky router has been giving me all kinds of problems.
