i am not very familiar with this contest.

can anyone take part with a game done in agk?
are the prizes cash or vouchers to buy things from humble bundles?

rules state that games must be playable on Windows. Where is the best place to put your game for download? on your own website?

Ok, I'm making "Kittycat-ninja-dodgeball-madness" for this competition. An idea my son and I came up with last night. We decided not to try to come up with a short snappy name but rather a descriptive one as long as possible. The name might get longer.

One month eh... no problem.

Hey baxslash,
did you see this part of the rules?

The Twist: Growth

This contest will has a TWIST! A one word theme that your game must use in some way. And that word is GROWTH. You can incorporate it into your gameplay, your story, your characters or any other way you see fit. You may, if you wish, include a 50 word description of how you used the theme word in a separate text file, as being obvious is not always the same as being good. Adherence to the twist can earn you and additional 0 and 10 bonus points.

Does your Kittycat-ninja-dodgeball-madness game have some element of growth in it? Or can you crowbar it in somehow?

That rules out my idea for a cool sensor controlled game.

Does it?

Does a Windows phone/tablet still count as running on Windows?
I would say so.

They say "Must run on Windows 7 in compatability mode" or something to that effect.

It does. Still considering options though as I haven't started it yet...
