No, you're not the only one that follows it.
I don't think it has been on time once since BatVink hung up his newsletter writing quill.
Come on BatVink, how about coming out from behind your shield of steel and taking it on again?

In TGC's defense, it's a big undertaking! And there's only so many people to work on it, so it's bound to be delayed here and there.

I've often wondered why TGC doesn't just have a centralized blog, where all news updates are held. They tried something similar a few years ago, but it was a mess - but if they made it more like a blog, with incremental updates? Might be easier than maintaining a monthly newsletter.

Just my $0.02!

It replaced the newsletter for a couple of months and immediately affected traffic to the site - in a negative way. It went back to an email newsletter, and I tried to reproduce the same content on the site alongside. But it was too time consuming. The solution is probably to do a Wordpress blog with a plugin to automatically convert it to an email newlsetter. All these things take effort to implement.

I'm finally making publishable code, my wings are firmly enshrouding my coding desk.
