AppGameKit Classic Chat / Editor scrolls much faster than other programs.

I installed windows 10 on my laptop recently, and I made sure to install the windows 10 driver for my touchpad. Other programs scroll properly using two fingers on the touchpad. The AppGameKit editor, however, scrolls much more quickly, and it is very difficult to use.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I am on a Lenovo Yoga 3 14.
