i see you can flip sprites vertically and horizontly... if this is not currently possible to flip text can it be easily added?

hmm, maybe flip the font image and generare a new file for positions.

OK, so each character rotated so that it is upside down isn't quite the same as flipped but maybe it's good enough for what you want?
