i went ahead and purchased the ability to submit games via (steam green light) while reading the requirements i stumbled on this:

Quote: "What language is the Steamworks API available in?
The Steamworks API is written in C++. If your game or application is written in another language, it may be possible for you to create a wrapper that can interface between the Steamworks API and your product. For some languages, other game developers may have already written such wrappers and may be willing to share theirs.
"

reading this it sounds like it would be possible for paul to write in some commands to set an applications store keys simular to ouya or google plays method.

do you guys have any plans on doing this or would it be easy to create a custom player to set it manualy? Im keeping my fingers crossed that it could be added in just like google plays id system.

this way users can still get away with using basic on submissions.

and it would be nice if it was wrapped for mac/linux/ and windows.

The AppGameKit tier 1 interpreter includes basic integration for Windows, if you check out the Tier1\Compiler\interpreters folder you will see the Windows interpreter with a steam folder. Copy this steam folder next to your own app exe and it will gain integration for the Steam app id specified in the steam_appid.txt file.

I haven't looked at Steam integration for those yet, I'll get to it at some point.
