AppGameKit Classic Chat / Problem with creating iOS app and uploading with Application Loader

I am getting an error message when trying to upload my app.
All the certs and provisioning profiles are there and didn't have a problem before using them.

I am using Application Loader to upload the app as usual however get this error now:

ERROR ITMS-90034: "Missing or invalid signature. The bundle 'com.paulharthen.paintpotlite' at bundle path 'Payload/Paint Pot Lite.app' is not signed using an Apple submission certificate."

I used everything exactly the same when uploading a previous version of the app.


Has something change or does something need changing with AppGameKit for creating the app with updates to Apple???

Remember to download XCode 7 and iOS 9.0
All is changed on Apple side.
You must do some updates to the AppGameKit Template.

I updated 45 apps in the last 48 hours!!!!

I have XCode7 on the Mac but haven't updated the phone yet due to people saying it is bugged.

I am still using Tier 1 at the minute while I gain more experience with Apple side of things then will start looking at template.

Does this mean TGC need to update AppGameKit before if will work for Tier 1?
Do I have to change a certificate or something?

Not good enough with the Apple side of things yet to use Xcode and this is why exporting the app using AppGameKit in tier 1.

You must use the AdHoc provisioning profile when testing on your device, and an App Store provisioning profile when submitting to Apple.

Yes I have used it before with no problems but now when I try to upload the app it comes with the error above. I haven't changed any of the profiles etc so it should work and AppGameKit compiles it with no problems.

Maybe Apple changed something that requires the App Store profile to be rebuilt, what happens if you generate a new App Store provisioning profile and submit with that?

Yup

This is why I don't really like Apple and their ways!

Ok so for anyone else, you have to upgrade to Xcode 7 like Gekko says and then create another provisioning profile for every app you have and re compile with the new profile!

That is if you want to put an update on their store or upload any further apps.



Just to confirm Paul it works by doing this so at least you don't have to mess with AppGameKit settings!!

Why do they keep changing things all the time.
Every time you make an app, everything has changed from the last time you did the process!!!
Why can't they just make everything automatic in Xcode to sync with itunes connect and you don't have to set anything?!!!

No BJ now is all auto, and Xcode works really well doing itself the certificates.
But this work only if you use a new Template.

Spectre i suggest you to start learning how to update the templates, after this you will have no more problems.

Ah, and pass to Tier 2... is another world

I'm trying to help Paul sending him some info. I hope he will answer soon.

Starting to get used to it now having completed 2 uploads for the mac. Just first time using it is a mare!

Yes my C++ is still rusty but will eventually move over to it.
