AppGameKit Classic Chat / SetSpriteShape not working with a Sprite Created with Render Image

hi again
so

I have painted a triangle with lines , rendered it to an image
then created a sprite with that image attached and you can clearly see it is transparent
used SetSpriteShape(sprite,3) // for polygon
but when using Physics Debug it shows the "BOX" shape all around it

I bet its something I missed but perhaps rendered images are transparent but not when it comes to physics shape...

can I fix it so the shape will be accurate or semi accurate ?
