can anyone give me an Physics 3d example that object can move to direction and jump?

Depending on the type of project you're thinking of, it might be better to build the jump into the animation of your 3d object. Personally I'd like to see you have a go at doing this yourself and then come back for advice on the code you have written. You'll get more out of it that way. Unless of course you're paying? Hehe. In which case this is probably the wrong forum.
