Hello GUYS,

I've often thought about this - when coming up with a new game idea, what are the rules regarding the actual NAME of the game?
I want to create an similor game like one piece online ,http://op2.joygames.me/
what should i do? What should I do to prepare?

The rules? I'd say just make sure the name isn't already used anywhere in the game or entertainment world in general. It shouldn't even be close to an existing trademark, of which you can do searches online in most countries. If I were you I'd also make sure I could secure the .COM

Last month I hired a lawyer and filed the trademark for WordTrix officially, so you can also do that as long as you have an intent to earn money with your game.
