so I have this palate which have random colors inside it...

is it possible to give each color its correct name ?
such as light blue.. then teal... yellow.. dark yellow etc...
I think I can do this with a data base of files so my app will read from that file and give the appropriate name
have anyone crossed such a data base ?...
