I have opened your model in blender.
Your models has got some error :
- the first has 56 vertices in double and the second 36.
In blender, I have used "remove double" to erase all the double vertices.
Then, I have exported in Obj and open in AGk without any problem
.

I think you should use blender to verify or convert your object
Blender can export in : obj, dae (with animation), x, fbx...
Blender can import from : 3ds, x, dae, obj, lwo...
