I've noticed that now as my project has increased in size over the last 6 months that the search functionality no longer works correctly. I have lots of line of code, and around 30 include files, and now when I search for a function that I know exists, it isn't found. This makes it really difficult when you can't remember which file the function is in.

has anyone else come across the same issue?

I've not experienced this, do you get any results, or partial results, or only results from some files? From your experience does it look like the number of files or the total amount of code? If you can replicate this in an small example please send it to me so I can track it down.
