Try starting with 0 instead of 1.

Grrr, stupid AGK2 commands, I can't even test this.

it's cool. the countstringtokens/getstringtoken works. i'll just have to be careful with the strings i feed into the program and have some sort of null token

Try using getstringtoken() without the 2 at the end. That one I have no problems with. Seems like getstringtoken2() doesn't exist in 2.0.15 so it's new.

What's the difference between the two versions of the command?

No, that's a bug. Phaelax was asking. I should have addressed my post to him

Paul, I still find that this command omits the first token.

Back in 18 Dec 2015 you posted
Quote: "Thanks, fixed for the next version."
in a separate thread
Quote: "Bug with SetStringToken2 by Multicoder"
but I have noticed that in the sticky
Quote: " AppGameKit Version 2.0.16 "
it was not included in the changes.

Was it inadvertently missed?. If so can you provide the fix?, I could really do with it now.

Thank you

2.0.16 was released on the 13th Dec 2015 so it was fixed just after release. It will be in 2.0.17 later in Feb.
