Newcomers AppGameKit Corner / Create text object, can it assign identifier as 0?

I create and destroy a lot of text objects, I create them dynamically, so the function assigns an identifier, can this identifier ever be 0? I either have to hard code identifier numbers in to my code OR set the variable/arrays that hold the identifier to 0 when destroying text objects.

No, it will never be 0. I also use 0 as deleted in my arrays.
The identifiers start at 10001.
