I notice in the documentation there is a reference to creating timed notifications.

I'm currently working on an app for an event and it would be great if I could set alerts to go off at certain times, reminding users about activities.

Are there any plans for this to be implemented on Android devices as well? If so, will it make it in to the February update? I only ask because the event the app is for is in July...
