Is it possible to change shader variables by trigger script?
It can be useful for scripting post process effects for example

You should consider posting script related questions in the script section. This way we can keep them together with other script topics and easier to search than having to come here into the Product Chat.

To answer your question...yes it can be done. Look inside the folder "Files\scriptbank\posteffects". There are scripts for the various post effects that you can attach to a trigger zone. You can even alter the scripts so the effect comes on at the beginning of a level, can change the effect to something else, or even turn the effect off after. Just remember, to use this, you need to ensure that the setting "postprocessing=1" is in the "setup.ini" file.
There\'s no problem that can\'t be solved without applying a little scripting.
