setup.agc is ignored on Ubuntu 14.04. // so currently we got no way to run app in fullscreen mode since setting of fullscreen parameter to 1 in setWindowSize() is not working too.

I haven't used setup.agc in a long time. Is it even supported anymore?

This works fine for me on Windows:

Fixed for the next version. Note that you cannot use GetDeviceWidth() and GetDeviceHeight() in the setup.agc file, they will be cast to integers and become 0, although in this case it doesn't matter since the fullscreen mode would ignore those values anyway.

good to know. maybe when it's 0 current display resolution is tending to be in result anyway. I don't remember when I start to use it.
