For 2015, No!
It is difficult to find this tutorials.

I do not know from 2015, is so different from the 2012?
To use 2012 tutorial?

I use the Visual Studio Express 2012,

If you, not find another solution,
get Visual Studio Express 2012, (5-10 minutes to instal, when donwload is done)
get Dark Gdk.Net 2012 Tutorial! (10-20 minutes to make to work for .Net, because tutorial is for C#)

And you are ready!
