AppGameKit Classic Chat / don't merge in None Physics

Hi.

I made a game with none physics. so I wrote some line code for Prevention form merge my characters together that work very well.



but when my character Jumping on another character, them merge together. so I need a way for fix this problem. anyone had a good way for fix it?



EDIT: also I added a sensor in center of characters and used this code for move back after merge together, but it don't work.

If it helps, I wrote a 2D sliding collision routine a while back. No physics needed.

Yeah, you have to fiddle with it, you can't run it as it is. When I posted it, I completely forgot to make it stand alone. I'll get to it and upload it to the AppGameKit codebase in a bit.

Keep going Behdadsoft! Most developers learn to code, and then write games. You are writing games, and then learning to code! It's interesting to watch.

yes, already say that you learned write code in university with more practice, but I Learned code with make games, and then experience gained.
My the best game is a Fighting game that after fix this problem I can release it soon.

I added a Sensor in Enemy and check it with below code that after collide with Sensor, Move Back according to X Position. currently it work very well for me.
