Step 1: Go to the TEAM REQUESTS FORUM
Step 2: Real the RULES
Step 3: Post a message following the RULES

HINT: No-one and I repeat NO-ONE will want to make a game for you, you have to organise and play a big part in the coding of the game aswell. Come up with a story (or idea), designs for characters, levels, game concept, etc. Organising a team is a big load and you can't just sit back and expect it all to be done for you. Sorry if I sound like I'm nagging, but we get a lot of these sorts of posts and I don't want you to be disappointed when you don't get any replys, or your team abandons you.

Here is an example of a good team request:

You may not have as much to actually show, as this game has been in development for a while now, but the basic idea is there, you have to have something already to get people interested.

Thanks you.

EDIT

I just saw that bottom line, you have info, good, now show us it .

Do you bite your thumb at me sir?
