Very cool Spencer.

At first I was like, Penguins are usually in cold environments that have very few bugs.
However, once I saw the Penguin using a Jetpack it all made perfect sense.

I really like your bubble gun, and the semi-transparent foreground clouds and rainbow.
I also like the extra little touches like the blinking eyes on the penguin.
The graphics are cute, and this does look like a lot of fun.

Well done.
