On April 22th RickV mentioned that 2.0.19 would be out soon and be on Steam beta in about a week from his post.

So my question is, what is this Steam beta and is it "out" there?

The steam beta is a version of AGK2 available to people who bought it, which has additional features/bug fixes but hasn't yet been re;eased to production.

It probably is available yes, you need to turn betas on for AGK2 in steam however.

I just had a look at my Steam account and there the beta settings for AGK2. 2.0.17 is the last one you can see there. So I think there is no need for me to install the Steam version.
