As far as I know there isnt a way to do this directly. However, you could try recording a video and playing it through a Story Zone. Just place the Story Zone on top of the Player Marker and it will play when the level starts.

There is a neat little trick to use. "plrcamoffset" which I've been using a lot lately.
Here's a quick script where player comes out of ground until normal height
is reached (included FOV offset of extra effect)

Just make a simple little map and add this script to a trigger zone. When player
steps into trigger, script runs. Adjust script/timer to meet needs...

Yes, have something that might work for you I did some time ago.
I know the "plrwobble" effect is more of a "wobble" so I used "plrcamoffset"
for this one...

Player has a "head bobbing" effect when walk key is pressed. You can easily
adjust "bobbing", open script and change offset values.
