meaning
I have a car
and two wheels
and I want to connect the wheels in a fashion that they will have some "air" so the wheel can move up and down according to ground ...

I have used Revolt joint but it seams the wheels are fixed in position
and I think I need to use Line Joint but I cant seem to figure out what to write inside the VX,VY I don't understand how to use them...

please help..
