I was playing with Cinema 4D today and this lamp/light came out as an result.. It is free for You who wants it.. Dont forget to use the "Illuminate ent" effect...
You can use the model exactly as You want...

The rendering in FPSC makes it kind of ugly.. LOL!

It looks very nice !
May I give you an advice ?

You should separate the lightbulb from its cage/fixture.

Set the fixture itself as a static entity, the bulb as a dynamic one and put a light marker inside of it in the editor, it will give you a really nice visual effect !
