Does anybody know how dramatically the value changes? My estimated earnings at the moment is 30$. How does finalized earnings change this value? I've heard it's 60% but can anyone confirm?

Mine has always been less than 1% of the estimated amount. If you have $1000 of Admob revenue there may be $10 or less that they consider invalid before making payments. At least that is my own findings.
