Think its the same as objectraycast , dont work on scaled objects.

This is a huge problem , that leaves me with no possibilities for making collision , hope for a very quick fix.

Think you need to change back to Mesh ( or make it a selection ), or perhaps the bone boundings dont get scaled ? , but then again this also happens on none animated objects ?

I too have a couple of projects I've had to put on hold. Paul said he was going to change the collision calculations to make them based on mesh rather than bones; but it looks like the problem still persists.
