Hi,
Here is a very basic tile editor which is named PTE.
It has been designed to run under a tablet environment.
There is no any 'save/load' functionality, but you can run the executable file in order to get an idea on how it works.
I also attached the APK file.
Any comments are welcomed.

Looks pretty handy, especially that tilebank. How did you make it?
Are those numbered boxes buttons or do you use sprites and getspritehit command?
And how that scrolling works? Just using setspritescissor and setspriteposition? If not, how?

Hi AreCustomize,
Quote: "Are those numbered boxes buttons or do you use sprites and getspritehit command?"

As it is shown on the video, the numbered boxes are a simple image file, which contains the tiles, Just as the Tiled does. I used this image only for debug and demonstration purposes.

Yes... Actually I've implemented a control with much more capabilities not only with scrolling ability

Sometimes it happens to my system also. I don't know how to handle this. I use the percentage system.
Every shifted icon represents a two state control and is an image of two sub images. Every time the state is changing then the control displays the appropriate sub image.
Could you please let me know what is the resolution returned by the GetDeviceWidth() and GetDeviceHeight()

Hi again,
Here you can download the file of Windows (.exe) as well as the APK file for the Android, of the last version of PTE
Since I have not an Android device for testing the app, I would be happy to hear from you that my app is running without problems in your devices
The PTE is fully functional (I hope)
If you like it and want to use it, feel free to ask me for any questions because there is no help file
Here is a screen shot of the last version
