Just testing this in v2.21 and found that for my test user who has one friend, FacebookGetFriendsCount () return 0 on the first call, and then increases by one each subsequent call.
It returns the same Facebook user ID for every friend index.
I'm using the code from the online docs example.

while FacebookGetFriendsState() = 0
print ( FacebookGetFriendsState() )
Sync()

fbfunction.friendcount = FacebookGetFriendsCount ()
I guess this might be intended behaviour as the list gets appended on each call?
