Hi all,

I've been trying to get my app onto the iOS app store for, literally, a couple of months now, and Apple keeps rejecting it saying that the IAP doesn't work. Every time I go into iTunes Connect to see what's wrong with my IAP I can see that they've all been rejected. It won't tell me why. There is no messaging to explain the reason they've been rejected. I've tried using the resolution centre for, as I said, two months, and Apple are so unhelpful it's making me literally want to scream.

Is there some magical rain dance that I'm missing to get my game's IAP approved by Apple so that I can finally pass the review stage?

Is there anyone here who has done it, and figured out the correct process to follow? Anyone who can help me before I finally slip into the sweet embrace of madness?

It's very odd that you are not getting a response via the resolution centre, I have found them to be very responsive.

I have also never had any issues with the IAP not working, or with them being rejected. My last app was approved only 2 weeks ago. My only suggestion would be to start the process from the beginning with a new app ID.

I have found the solution... They had added a required clause to one of my agreement forms which had not been there previously, and there was no notification from them that it was now a requirement. Because of this, any paid content was being blocked.

You'd think that would have been easy for them to tell me, but apparently not.

JohnnyMeek, I'm not getting my app rejected because apparently it won't start up on iOS 10. (it works fine on all previous versions). The response from them was this:

"when we selected your app on the Home screen, your app displayed a launch image then quit unexpectedly. This may be because iOS 10 uses a watchdog timer for apps; if an app takes too long to complete its initial startup, the operating system terminates the app."

I have nothing of consequence loading during my app start... Did you run into this at all? iOS 10 only recently came out, so I'm not sure how many AppGameKit developers have had a chance to test it out. None of my iOS devices are modern enough to run v10.
