Hi, I couldn't help noticing that when I set a Sync Rate greater than 59.8fps, the Shooter app of the Video Tutorials runs with higher reported FPS. If I set SetSyncRate(60,1) I get a reported ~59FPS. If I set SetSyncRate(100,1) I get a reported ~60.1FPS.
Is this just an artifact or is the app running slightly faster?

VSync is on by default so will limit to your displays refresh rate.
Signature removed by mod because it's larger than 600x120... please resize and try again.
